INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Institutional Development is a key organizational priority area to YWCAA. It aims at effectiveness in implementing evidence based programming and organizational sustainability. YWCAA institutional strengthening program encompass capacity building and refreshers to its governance and management teams, together with the communities. This include all its existing networks in Kibera, Kawangware, Kibagare and Mukuru slums, Makueni, Kisumu, Homabay and the other additional areas. The capacity building intervention will enable efficient and effective implementation, and will allow the groups realize their own potentials and their roles in the communities. More
